Lewis is also a trained yoga teacher, having done his training with "The Yoga for Health Foundation" in Bedfordshire, with Carole Jacobs in Glasgow, and during examining tours in India for Trinity College, London.
 
 
As well as using yoga as a means to reduce stress and increase well-being, Lewis helps people to apply its techniques to correct breathing and postural irregularities and so improve voice use and quality. His methods are tailored to suit the individual and are holistic in nature.

Yoga training can be included as part of your voice lesson,  as a separate class on a one-to-one basis or with a friend/in a small group. Lewis will help you find physical and mental focus in your own home, office or at a location of your choice.
